What is Code To Wellness?
Code to Wellness is an all-year-round initiative that rewards Malaysians on a monthly basis for taking small steps to elevate their wellness.
Who is eligible to participate in the monthly Code to Wellness?
The monthly Code to Wellness is open to all Malaysians aged 18 and above.
How do I participate in the monthly Code to Wellness?
Please refer to and read the terms and conditions of the monthly theme of the Code to Wellness. Please note that each theme has different terms and conditions.
How many submissions can I submit?
You can only submit 1 submission per month.
What are the monthly rewards?
The monthly rewards are specifically curated by Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad (“PAMB”) to elevate your wellness journeys. The rewards may range from and are not limited to; merchandise, shopping vouchers, webinar/education sessions, gadgets and workout gear to help with your wellness goals.
Can I convert or exchange my rewards to cash or credit?
No, winners cannot convert or exchange their rewards for cash or credit.
I missed out on the monthly Code to Wellness. Is there a way to get ahead of everyone else?
We suggest visiting the monthly Code to Wellness page on the 1st day of every month in 2022. This way, you will not miss out any.
How do I know if I am one of the winners?
A winner announcement post will be posted in Prudential Malaysia official Facebook page and Monthly Calendar page upon the end date of the monthly Code to Wellness. Winners will also be notified by PAMB via email, SMS, phone call or direct message of winners' social media accounts using Prudential Malaysia's official Facebook page or Instagram account.
How do I claim the rewards?
This varies for each monthly Code to Wellness. For details, please refer to the terms and conditions of the monthly Code to Wellness.
Do the rewards have an expiry date?

How will I know if the rewards have been fully redeemed?

Is there a specific period of time that I need to claim my rewards?
If you have not responded to us within the prescribed period as stated in the terms and conditions of the respective monthly Code to Wellness, we will forfeit your rewards and award it to another winner.
